Main Roles
- Introduce Japan’s income-producing real estate and projects to overseas investors
- Provide initial communication, arrange meetings, property viewings, and assist with contracts in the local language
- Support collection of basic information such as KYC and credit checks
Compensation (Guideline)
- Base: 60% of commission income, with stepwise increases of +10% depending on performance and contribution
- Additional +10% for recruiting or introducing high-net-worth clients
- +6% for licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialists
